Open the tubes and all other supplies in psp.

Please Note:

Keep to the Image Dimensions of the tutorial, otherwise the Filter, Mura Meister - Copies,
will not have the same effect.
You can resize it eventually.

Open a New Transparent Canvas of 700 x 700 and Floodfill with White
Copy the template (Cynthia Template by Azyzam) and Paste as a New Layer.
Leave as it is.

If you are using other colours, adjust your Hue and Saturation with:
Adjust --> Hue and Saturation --> Colorize.

Please Note:
The text for the circle was made in PSP X and can differ in PSP 9 where the size is concerned.
In that case, the font size will be 14, instead of 18 as in PSP X and XI.

Activate the Text Tool, set the background on Black or a dark colour from your tube.
Foreground locked.
Font : Arial - Size 18, bold NOT ticked, create as Vector.

Type the following text : xoxox
Objects --> Align --> Center in Canvas.
Convert to Raster Layer.

Filter: Mura Meister Copies - with the following settings:

Copy your tube and Paste as a New Layer.
Move the tube into the circle where you want it --> Mirror (if you want to).
Keep in mind that the tube are going to be Pasted once more.
Activate the Freehand Selection Tool --> Point to Point --> Feather : 3, and delete the part of the tube that falls outside the "xoxox" circle.
Blend Mode on Luminance (L) and reduce the opacity to 56 or the setting that looks good with your tube.

Now we are going to resize the Scrapbook Flower of Melissa to a smaller size.
Resize it 3x on 85% Smart Size and Adjust --> Sharpness --> Sharpen 1x.
Resize it again for 3x on 85% Smart Size and Adjust --> Sharpness --> Sharpen more.
Resize it again for 3x op 85% Smart Size and Adjust --> Sharpness --> Sharpen more.
Copy and Paste as a New Layer on your image.

Filter : Mura Meister - Copies with the following settings :

Copy the little heart.pspimage and Paste as a New Layer.
Filter : Mura Meister - Copies with the following settings:

Copy the bow with heart tube and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the middle - see my example.

Copy your tube once again and Paste as a New Layer and move it into position.
Apply the following Drop Shadow : 0 0 60 15 Black
Remember to add the artist copyright and details.
Place your name and watermark and save as a .jpg
