Open the supplies in PSP
Open a New Transparent canvas of 700
x 600 and Floodfill it with the
colour white : #ffffff
Layers --> New Raster Layer
Selections --> Select All
Copy paper 5.png and Paste into
Selection.
Selections --> Select None
Layers --> New Mask Layer --> From
Image : WSL_Mask3
Layers --> Merge --> Merge Group.
Adjust --> Hue and Saturation -->
Colorize --> Hue : 109 - Saturation
: 9
Effects --> Plugins : Penta.com -->
Colordot with the following settings
:
255 14 255 255 255
Image --> Resize --> 85% Smart Size
--> Resize all layers NOT ticked.
Copy the swirl.png and Paste as a
New Layer.
Adjust --> Hue and Saturation -->
Colorize --> Hue : 109 - Saturation
: 9
Move it to the left, top corner -
see example.
Layers --> Arrange --> Move Down.
Layers --> Duplicate.
Image --> Mirror.
Duplicate again
Image --> Flip.
We are using only 3 of the 4 corners
- see example.
Activate the Top Layer.
Copy the background by Azyzam.png
and Paste as a New Layer.
Leave as it is.
Copy the dubbelframe.png and Paste
as a New Layer.
Leave as it is.
Activate the Selection Tool -->
Rectangle --> Feather 0.
Select part of the Frame on the
outside.

Copy your tube and Paste as a New
Layer.
Layers --> Arrange --> Move Down.
Move the tube into the frame.
Selections --> Invert --> Delete.
Deselect.
Activate the Top Layer again.
Take the second tube and place it on
the left in front of the Frame.
Open the Pretty Butterfly2.png tube.
Image --> Mirror.
Resize the butterfly 4x on 85% Sharp
Size.
Adjust sharpness after every second
resize.
Adjust - Colorize - Hue and
Saturation : 237 - 127
Copy the butterfly tube and Paste as
a New Layer on your image.
Move it to the right top corner of
the frame --> see example.
Duplicate the butterfly layer and
resize by 85% --> Sharpen
Move it on top of the first
butterfly --> see example.
Drop Shadow : 0 0 100 5 --> colour
#3b1726 on both butterflies.
No Drop Shadow was added to the rest
of the layers, but you may do so if
you wish.
Copy the metal flower2.png and Paste
as a New Layer on your image.
Move it to the left top corner of
the Frame.
Duplicate the metal flower layer.
Image --> Mirror --> Image --> Flip.
Add the copyright details of the
artist on your tag.
Add your name and watermark as well.
Save as .jpg
