Open the image of Vovo tzeng
Open the scrap frame
Choose a color from the vovo tzeng image and remember the colorize numbers in the color palet.
Ajust  --> Colorize
Fill in the numbers of the color palet and the frame will have the color of your choise.

Copy the frame and paste as new layer on the image.
Put it over the girl almost to the left side.
Select with your magic wand the inner side of the frame.
Go to the bottom layer in your layer palet (its the image)
Left mouse button and click: make layer out of selection.
Deselect.

Activate the upper layer, this is the frame.
Merge down (just with the girls layer).
Go back to your bottom layer, ajust gausian blur 50
Effects --> Image effects  --> Seamless tiling: Standard but the bottom number on 100 in stead of 50
Filter: Photo-effex scanlines standard.

Go back to the layer with the girl in the frame.
Resize 85% all layers NOT checked.
Duplicate this layer in your layer palet.

Rotate the top layer 10 degrees counterwise.
Rotate the other frame layer 15 degrees clockwise.
Merge this two frame layers.
Duplicate this frame layer in your layer palet.

Image --> Resize 6 times 85% all layers NOT checked.
Put the resized frame in the top left corner.

Activate the bottom layer in your layer palet.
Copy the tube Fita-coracao2 and paste as new layer.
Put it downwards a little from the bottom.
Dropshadow 3 3 40 10 black.

Take the element001 tube, image --> rotate clockwise.
Paste as new layer and put it to the left, see example.
Colorize the same way as you did with te frame in the beginning.
Put this layer in your layer palet one step downwards.

Activate again your top layer.
Open the key tube , change again the color like you did before.
Image --> rotate clockwise.
Copy and paste as new layer..
Put the key on top of the frame, see example

Copy the tube of the bow and paste as new layer, rotate a little to the left.
Put it on top of the frame, see example.
Copy the pearls and paste as new layer..
Put the pearls with the top in the midlle of the bow.
Put this pearls layer under the bow layer in your layer palet.

Copy the buttons and paste as new layer.
Put them on the left side next of the frame.
I copied the tube again and resized, just do as you like it.

Open the tube Alphas and make your name with the buttons.
Just copy a button and paste as new layer on your working image.
Repeat till your name is complete, put them all together on a line and merge the name buttons.
Also use here the same color for the buttons as You used for the frame.
Resize them as You like, but in steps of 85% at the time.
If you want to put them on the frame, rotate them 10 degrees counterwise.

Copy the pin with the heart tube, also colorize it.
Paste where you like it.
Erase a part from the middle of the pin.
I do it with my selection tool free hand and click on erase.

You can also use different tubes for this scrap, do as if you like it.

Merge all layers flatten.

Add border 1 pix #925051
Add border 20 pix #f9e8e6
Add border 1 pix #925051

Click with the magic wand in the 20 pix border.
Graphics Plus --> Cross shadow all on 50 but the bottom number on 128.
Keep the selection.
Filter Photo-effex scanlines standard.

Image rotate clockwise.
Filter Photo-effex scanlines standard.

Image rotate counterwise.
Ajust --> Clarify 1.
