Open a transparante image of 800x800 and floodfill with white.

Copy bg1 and paste as new layer.

Copy bg2 and paste as new layer.

Copy CS_summerparty_frame2.png and Paste as a New Layer
Activate the Freehand Selection Tool --> select the rounding of the circle
so that the selection is just outside the transparent dots.

Kopieer je paper 1 en plak als nieuwe laag.
selectie omkeren, klik daarna op je delete toets. Selectie opheffen.
Schuif deze laag onder de frame laag.



 

Copy CS_summerparty_paper1.jpg and Paste as a New Layer.
Selections --> Selections Invert, and then Delete.
Selections --> Select None.
Layers --> Arrange --> Move Down.

Copy CS_sumemrparty_sun.png and Paste as a New Layer.
Resize the sun 2x on 85% (Resize all layers not ticked)
and move into position.
It should be just underneath the frame layer.
Activate the Freehand Selection Tool or the Eraser and
delete the part of the sun that still shows on the inside of the frame.

Copy CS_summerparty_bow9.png and Paste as a New Layer.
Resize 3x on 85% (Resize all layers not ticked) and move into position.
Layers --> Arrange --> Move up.  It must be on top of the Frame Layer.

Copy CS_summerparty_wordstring.png and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the bottom of the tag.

Copy the blue flower (CS_summerparty_flower4.png) and Paste as a New Layer.
Resize it 5x on 85 % and move it to the right side of the tag.

Copy CS_summerparty_glitterbutterfly5.png and Paste as a New Layer.
Resize 3x on 85% (Resize all layers not ticked), Mirror
and Free Rotate to the left at 15.
Move it to the right of your image --> on the Blue Flower.

Apply a Drop shadow of : 2  2  40  5 - Black to the Frame,
the bow, the blue flower, the butterfly and the wordstring.

Close off the layers of the bow, the butterfly, the flower and the wordstring.

Activate the Frame Layer.

Copy your chosen tube and Paste as a New Layer and move into position.
Duplicate the tube layer and activate the first tube layer
--> Layers --> Arrange --> Move Down.
Now you have a tube layer on the top and a tube layer under the Frame.
Active the duplicated tube layer and select the Freehand Selection Tool.
Select the part that hides the Frame at the bottom and delete it.

Selections -->  Select None.
Activate the bottom tube layer and apply a Drop Shadow of : 
2  2  40 10 Black and  -2  -2  40  10 Black.

Now you can unlock the closed layers again.
Feel free to move the embellishments around so it won't interfere with the tube.

If you used the same tube as Azyzam did, you will see
that the green bow was moved underneath the tube layer.

Add your name and/or watermark to your creations,
and do not forget to add the copyright details and artist name.

Resize to Your liking and save as .jpg.
