Supplies:

My material zip
Download
HERE

The tubes i used are from Keith Garvey and may not be shared, they have a license.
Do You like to use them too please buy them here: My Psp Tubes

Or just use other tubes.

The safety Pin and the Scrap paper is from Bag of scraps
The mask is from Chelle WSL masks
These are in the zip file.

Open the tubes and all the necessary materials in PSP.
Place the Mask (WSL_Mask126.jpg) in your masks folder in PSP.

Open a new canvas of 700 x 700 pixels and floodfill with white.

New Raster Layer.
Selections --> Select All (ctrl A)
Copy the scrap paper (clarey_wisteria_paper5.pspimage)
and Paste into Selection (ctrl shift L)
Deselect.

Layers --> Load/Save Mask --> Load Mask from Disk
Look for the mask --> WSL_Mask126.jpg and Load with the following settings:
Fit to Canvas, Source Luminance, Hide all Mask.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge Group.
Duplicate the Layer.

Copy "we are star by azyzam.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Leave as it is.
Copy "we are template by azyzam.pspimage" and Paste as a New Layer.
Leave as it is.
Drop Shadow : 0 0 100 15 Colour: #322f39
Choose a Drop Shadow of your choice, to fit the colour of your tube or use Black.
Copy "we are wordart by azyzam.pspimage" and Paste as a New Layer.
Leave as it is.
If you are using other colours, then you can colour the wordart by using:
Adjust --> Hue and Saturation--> Colorize.

Copy the tube and Paste as a New layer and move it to fit.
If you are using more than one tube, copy and paste them as well.

I used the Safety Pin of Clarey, but you can use other Scrap embellishments as well.
First, I resized the Safety Pin on 90% Smart Size, then adjusted the Sharpness.
Resize twice at 90% again and adjust Sharpness.
Place it on your image.

Using the Freehand Selection Took, delete a piece of the Safety Pin,
so that it will look as if the Pin are pinned to the template.
I duplicated the Pin as well and mirrored it, but you can use your imagination.
I also applied a Drop Shadow to the Pin : 0 0 60 5 Colour : #322f39.
Use the colour of your tube for the Drop Shadow or use Black.

If you used a Licensed tube, then add the credits to your tag.

Place your name and/or watermark on the tag and save as .jpg
